So what have I been up to?



Well, I’ve been very busy lately with , housework, family and work. But since I’m at home with a cold today, I’ve got a little time to update you on things.

I’ve replanted a lot of the herbs. This is what they look like now:

Both tasted fine with the spreads I used (avocado/egg and shrimp/mayo).

The last few days I’ve been very fed up with the regular, boring food I eat, so I’ve been trying new things. The day before yesterday, I made Penne with Creamed Salmon:
