• I do not guarantee the function of any of these products. Remember that this is about magic and not physics, chemistry or something similar.

• When you book an appointment with me, I will honor that appointment, and I hope you will too. If not, it's on you. If you're late, you loose that amount of time.If you don't show, you will still be charged in full.

Payment

Advance payment

Payment is primarily done in advance:

- via Paypal. Either through an account you already have there or by setting up a new account.

- with a credit card.

To open an account at PayPal is easy, free and safe. It also saves you the fees that apply when you pay to a foreign bank account.

If you'd rather pay to a bank account in Norway (with the fees that apply), please say so when you order.

The reason for the advance payment is that when I used to let people pay afterward, they didn't pay at all.

Cash

If you've made an agreement to pick up your order personally, you can also pay cash.

Trade

In some cases we're willing to trade for goods or services. Please contact us directly for such an agreement.

If you don't pay when you check out, you'll get an invoice via e-mail. Because of this, it's important that you provide an e-mail address that you're actually using.

Remember that I, for some products, may need additional information. For example: For the Custom leather talisman I need to know what properties it's supposed to have. The ordered items will be shipped as soon as I have all the information I need and the payment has been registered in my PayPal or bank account

Shipping

Shipping will be added to your order according to the rates of my carrier (Posten Norge). The exception is if you've made an agreement to pick up your order personally. This can be done either in Soknedal or in Trondheim city center.

Return Policy

Canceling an order

You can cancel your order within within two weeks after we have received it. Appointments have to be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Returning items

You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been
delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Privacy Policy

Heksebua will do its best to secure the information we register about our customers. All information is stored under strict security and is not available to the public in any way, shape or form.

Information such as name, address, phone number, email, and credit card number is necessary for processing orders. Under no circumstances will Heksebua ever sell, rent, lease, or share this information. All credit card processing takes place on a secure server with no paper copy of your credit card information. We never even see your complete credit card information when placing an order on our site.
